Graceland Scandal Exposed

In a jaw-dropping case of deception and greed, the FBI has unraveled an elaborate scheme aimed at defrauding the legendary Elvis Presley’s family out of millions—AND the iconic Graceland estate itself! The mastermind behind this audacious plot? A woman with a web of fake identities and a daring plan to steal from the King’s legacy.

Lisa Jeanine Findley, also known by numerous aliases including Lisa Holden, Lisa Howell, Gregory Naussany, Kurt Naussany, and Carolyn Williams, meticulously orchestrated a fraudulent operation to falsely claim ownership of Graceland. Her goal? To cash in on a $3.8 million scam that threatened to shake the Presley family’s legacy to its core.

The Elaborate Conspiracy Uncovered

Findley went to extreme lengths to fabricate a non-existent company, Naussany Investments & Private Lending LLC, and used it to falsely claim that Lisa Marie Presley had taken out—and defaulted on—a $3.8 million loan. She then attempted to seize Graceland, threatening to auction it off using forged documents, fake court filings, and fraudulent public notices.

The Shocking Details of the Fraud:

  • Multiple Fake Identities: Findley used numerous aliases and email accounts to cover her tracks.
  • Forged Legal Documents: She falsified Lisa Marie Presley’s signature, along with other official records, to manufacture a bogus loan agreement.
  • Fraudulent Court Filings: She submitted false creditor claims in California Superior Court to push the fake debt.
  • Deceptive Public Notices: Findley published a phony “Notice of Foreclosure Sale” in a Memphis newspaper, falsely announcing that Graceland would be auctioned.
  • Manipulating the Media: Once exposed, she falsely blamed a Nigerian identity thief for the scheme in an attempt to shift blame.

The FBI Strikes Back!

The FBI, working alongside other law enforcement agencies, meticulously pieced together Findley’s fraudulent scheme. After uncovering her aliases, fake businesses, and intricate web of deception, authorities moved in. An arrest warrant was issued, and Findley now faces serious consequences for her brazen attempt to defraud one of the most famous families in American history.

Justice is Coming

Findley has pleaded guilty to one count of mail fraud in the Western District of Tennessee. With sentencing set for June 18, she could face up to 20 years in federal prison for her role in the elaborate scam.

This case serves as a stark reminder of the lengths some criminals will go to exploit wealth and legacy—even when it involves a cultural icon like Elvis Presley. Stay tuned as Naked Fraud continues to follow this shocking case and bring you exclusive updates on the sentencing of one of the most audacious fraudsters in recent history!

“She ain’t nothing but a fraudster, lock her up under Graceland! ” says Naked Fraud’s Jim Rockford.

How many years do you think Findley deserves in Club Fed, or under Graceland?

“Fire-breathing agents”? Alright, let’s pump the brakes on the action movie lingo—this isn’t Mission: Impossible, it’s just another con artist who thought they could fake their way into Graceland.

I mean, of all the fraud schemes out there, why go after Elvis’s house? Did this genius think the King’s estate wouldn’t notice someone trying to swipe it out from under them? What was the plan—turn Graceland into an AirBnB and start charging $500 a night for fans to sleep in the Jungle Room?

Anyway, another day, another scammer getting their VIP tour of the justice system. But hey, at least this one didn’t flee to a non-extradition country. Maybe they thought doing the jailhouse rock was just a metaphor.
